understaffed staff stale pastry
the location was acceptable.
I stayed in a junior suite and found a couple of problems. the staff seemed understaffed. I waited at the door for five minutes. the pastry offered was from breakfast hours before. It wasn't fresh.

lack staff foul smell
first, the lack of staff was noticeable. i waited at the door for what was like forever just to get in, as the only staff member seemed to be missing. also, when i arrived around 5pm, there were leftover pastries from breakfast sitting out. they were probably there since 7am. the foul smell from the mattress in room 206 really ruined my sleep. it was disgusting.

easy access good staff good value
the location was great with easy access to cathedrals. the staff at the front desk were good. they serve lovely breakfast and the hotel was a good value. i really liked the sweets fruit and wine in the foyer.

some issues encountered during stay
poor breakfast excessive cost
The building is quite striking with A Fine interior.
There were several problems. the breakfast was quite poor. The pastries were either undercooked or overcooked. cold foods also were not chilled adequately. using the leisure facilities costs €25 per guest, excessive.

Luxurious Stay in Historic Building
convenient location comfortable bed quick report
The hotel located near many places I wanted visit. I had a good night sleep. I forgot my charging cords plugged in my power converter, but housekeeping reported it quickly. They called me within 10 minutes of check out so I could retrieve it.
I have a small issue with the leisure facilities cost. It cost 25 euros per guest. I think the leisure facilities should be free.
